Teachers & Staff: Brainstorm & Apply
It’s time! Our 2025-2026 school year grants cycle has begun, and we are now accepting fall Spark Grant applications. Spark Grants are our educator grants awarded to Hopkins teachers and staff to fund classroom tools and school projects like building little free libraries, running a coffee cart business for staff, science equipment like 3D printing solar arrays, non-traditional music props, residencies with musicians or other professionals and more. Get started by looking at examples of past grant recipients and reading our grant guidelines.
We rely on great proposals from Hopkins teachers and staff to enable us to make a difference in Hopkins Public Schools. And we want yours to be successful.
The Fall Grant Applications process is closed. Applications for spring will open in December.
We review grant applications twice each school year, in the fall and the spring. Below, you will find instructions for applying, the forms and the deadlines.

• A grant committee member may contact you for clarification or additional information.
• You will receive final notification in approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the grant deadline.
