Mainstreet Day 2026: Early-bird Pricing Ends January 31
The Mainstreet Day Arts & Craft Fair 2026 is set for May 16! Applications are now open, and EARLY BIRD pricing applies through January 31.
The Hopkins Education Foundation is working closely with JCI Hopkins as we transition to hosting this year’s fair. We can’t wait to welcome past vendors and new vendors to this year’s event.

Craft/Business Vendors
Booth pricing has not changed
$90 for 10'x12' booth space ($115 after Jan. 31)
$180 for double 10'x24' booth space ($230 after Jan. 31)

Applying involves two steps: Fill out the application AND pay the registration fee.
You will receive a confirmation email within two weeks of your application.
Booth assignments and other details will follow in April.
This application also applies if you are a food vendor who only requires a 12'x10' space AND does not have a generator.
Food Vendors

$200 for 10'x36' booth space ($250 after Jan. 31)

Bands/Performers & Roving Entertainment
We are looking for bands or performers for our main stage at Mainstreet Day. Please consider donating or discounting your services so we can best benefit our schools.
Mainstreet Day entertainment also includes roving artists (balloon artists, stilt walkers, magicians, clowns, musicians, etc.) who interact with guests on the street. Please consider donating or discounting your services so we can best benefit our schools.
